Jimmy Gulzar has finally gotten a chance to speak out his mind, almost three years after his divorce with Melanie B.

In his doc, to be aired on BBC shortly, Jimmy lets Spice Girls fans know what the relationship was like in the Spice camp.

Jimmy has once again touched up on a few sour spots in the Spice Girls relationship. A while back, when Melanie C was accused of being interested in the same sex, she was quick to point out that her friends had tried stuff like that but she had never and was not interested. Supprisingly, almost two years later, Jimmy reveals that Geri and Melanie B has a much closer relationship that many fans thought.

Jimmy also goes on to reveal that he feels sorry for Melanie C, because she was the pit of all the jokes between the other four members. No wonder Melanie C said she didn't feel comfortable with the group since two years ago. Who would under those circumstances?

If Jimmy is being sincere I find this report pretty sad. Firstly cause the rumours of the "friendly" relationship was true and there is nothing wrong with it, other than the fact that it split the group apart. Secondly because Melanie C does not need friends that'll talk bad about her behind her back, that's just not cool. It's also dissappointing to know that Geri and Mel B had a race to see who'd leave the group first, cause according to Jim they had spoken between themselves that the first to leave would be the most succesful. During that time Mel B was beginning to carve her solo career, something Geri had not yet planned, but we all know Geri was the first to leave and that made Melanie B even more mad. Geri stole her spotlight. Jimmy says had any other girl left Mel B would not have been so bitter, cause there wouldn't have been that betrayal of trust.

Melanie C has lead the tributes that have flown in for Lisa's family in the wake of her death. Melanie said "I am very upset. Lisa was an absolute joy to work with." at the news of Lisa's terrible death in a car crash last Thursday.

Lopes, who collaborated with Melanie C on the 2000 single, "Never Be The Same Again", died last night in a car crash in Honduras.

The TLC member was on vacation with the group after finishing recording their forth-coming album, the follow-up to "Fanmail". Lisa had just released her solo album "Supernova" earlier last year with the hit, "Block Party". She was keen on working once more with Melanie C, hoping for another single to be released this time Stateside since Lisa thought Melanie deserved a succesful single in the US. Lisa believed in her and Melanie's solo success apart from their respective groups.

Lisa will definetly be missed. She was a strong figure in the world of r'n'b/pop.

Former Spice Girl MEL C, Blur's ALEX JAMES and DAVE ROWNTREE, Britart enfant terrible DAMIEN HIRST and actor/writer KEITH ALLEN are teaming up under the FAT LES umbrella to record an unofficial theme song for England's World Cup push.

The track,'Who Invented Fish & Chips? (Pop It In The Onion Bag)', will be released in June, just as England begin their campaign in Japan and Korea.

Fat Les, a loose collective fronted in the main by Allen, James and Hirst, has a habit of releasing tracks to coincide with major football competitions. In the early '90s they worked with New Order and Black Grape on 'World In Motion' and 'England's Irie' respectively, and in 1998 sold almost one million copies of 'Vindaloo' to go along with England's previous World Cup bid.

The official England World Cup song will come from television presenters Ant & Dec. Details about it are going to released in the coming days.

Speaking about her album at the "Bend It Like Beckham" premiere, Yahoo Music UK! reports that Melanie C told them she might release her album as late as 2003 claiming that she wants to album to be "great".

It seems that the pressure of the follow-up album is becoming evident to her. The Spice Girls went to sell several copies of their second album, but it was a well known fact that SpiceWorld did not outsell Spice. Melanie C would be the second solo Spice to release a second album. Geri's second album did not work it's magic as well as her first album did. It seems that Mel fears the same, thus she's decided not to rush the album and just take the necessary time.

I think it's a wise way to compose. I don't buy the recording and putting together albums in about 6 months, that to me says there was some lack of involvment from the artist. If the musician is involved in all the aspects or writing and producing, it is only natural that the recording would take a long time. Emma, Baby Spice, is also supposed to be in the works of her second album according to her hints on her website. Unlike Melanie, Emma promised to release a new album within a year about four months after her first album was released.

Despite Simon Fuller's constant appraisal of everything Melanie C, the super star has decided she will not go back to her ex-manager. Speaking about the recent rumours at the "Bend It Like Beckham" movie premiere, Melanie C said that if the Spice Girls plan to return to Simon Fuller's management she would not, because it would be like going back on everything they believed in when they sacked him in the first place.

Since Melanie went solo Simon Fuller has stepped up to the bat to support Melanie, even in times when the critics were a bit harsh. He made it clear that she was the most talented of the bunch and deserved every ounce of solo success. Yet it seems that Melanie C is not so keen in working with the ex-manager which made the girls extremely famous despit having "over-worked" them.

Melanie seems content with her solo career status and seems to have decided to continue work with her manager where she feels comfortable enough to be human, and she'll continue to work hard to make new fans through serious music.

Reviews have come in about the movie, and they have been pretty good. They say that Melanie C was a big champ since there is a small joke at her expense in the movie, but she managed to laugh it off and enjoy the rest of the movie that flatters her by including two of her songs(only Independence Day is available on the soundtrack but I Turn To You is featured in the movie).

The Dutch Man that stalked Melanie C last year is finally going to trial. Melanie C has been asked to testify in the court on behalf of herself.

The man has pleaded guilty about the accusations. He sent Melanie packages with letters with blood and sperm, car components and contents of a vacuum cleaner around the month of June and October of 2001. He is also accused of sending pornographic pictures, sperm and messages of an insulting nature and threatening to kill her.

The man's solicitor, Rene Ziler, said he had no intention of harming Melanie. "He only dreamed of sharing a happy life with her. Love fantasies have pushed him to his deviating behaviour."

The man is now out on bail and must keep away from Melanie and also visit a psychiatrist. The trial is still to go on in the next few weeks.

Today is the premiere of the Bend It like Beckham movie. It is still unclear if Melanie C will attend. Her camp stated she has some previous plans so she might not attend, but it was not a definite "no show". I'm sure well be seeing some of the other Spice Girls support Victoria as she has a cameo as herself. We'll be on the look out for pictures incase our darling Melanie shows up.

The ex-Spice Girl manager, Simon Fuller, is pushing and encouraging the remaining four Spice Girls to join together in time for the ten year anniversary of the group.

Simon is getting along very well with all four girls and is keen on seeing the four girls come together for one and only one show. He is also encouraging a release of a greatest hits album.

Simon states that the Spice Girls will always seem unfinished to him. He states, "There was no specific reason for things to go wrong and no malice on my side".

I think it would be nice for them to come together. It'll put rumours about the groups end to rest. I think the group is more in a dormant phase myself rather than "finished". I just think they've done the more clever thing at the moment. Working on solo stuff and waiting for the music scene to move more pop again...cause the r'n'b was very nice but the pop seemed to be what brought them the most fame

The new USA McDonalds ad brings more revenue to the Spice camp as "Wannabe" is chosend as the theme song. Not a bad deal for a group that is currently working on solo efforts.

Spice HQ has confirmed that Melanie C has recorded a track for the World Cup album. They have also confirmed that "Here It Comes Again" is a new track on Melanie's forthcoming album but also stated the album will not be released too soon cause Mel want's to clean it up some more and make it the best possible for the fans. The ABBA cover is not true. Spice HQ has stated "SOS" will not be on the album and that the album contains no covers. They have also revealed that "Independence Day" will not be in the forthcoming album, it will only be available on the "Bend It Like Beckham" soundtrack.

Dez reports that Melanie C's mistery man has been named. 34 year old Thomas Starr, director of building and plant hire firm Allen Construction, has captured Melanie C's heart. She even flew him over to NYC for Liza Minelli's wedding earlier this month. Melanie C was seen sitting on Thomas' lap and giggling at his jokes at the wedding. Mel went through great lengths not to be photographed with Thomas, probably hoping that she could establish a relationship before the press jinxed it.

The Sunday Mirror claims Thomas and Mel meet a few months ago thanks to a common friend. Since then their love for football managed to ignite the fire that continues to burn birghtly as close sources can reveal.

"Mel finds it hard to sustain relationships with men because she is worried they are going out with her because of her fame and fortune. But Thomas is different and things are going extremely well."

Mel's excitment in life can be easily noticed in her look. Once having suffered of depression she let herself stop working out and gave little interest to her looks. In recent months she has trimmed up showing off a glowing complexion and slimline figure. She has even gone back to her tighter fitting sexier tops and smiles none-stop when seen with Thomas.

I'm hopeful that this relationship will last for Melanie. She is a major sweetheart and deserves the best, and her recent glow shows that she is happy with life and I wish her the best cause she deserves it. Good for you Melanie!

Plans for Melanie C's world domination have begun. It is rumoured that Melanie C will participate in the theme for the World Cup, she'll collaborate a song titled "Pop It In the Onion Bag" with Keith Allen.

Rav, writer for Showbiz fron News of the World, has claimed to having heard a sneal peak of the track "Here It Comes Again" from Melanie C's new album and have promised it will be a top scoring track.

Metro Newspaper has claimed Melanie C has re-recorded a cover of the classic ABBA track "SOS" for her forthcoming album. It is claimed that Melanie chose to cover the track because it is a childhood favorite. The track is described as heavy metal meets Euro Disco-pop.

How true these statements are is yet uncertain. One thing is for sure, if they are any where close to being correct the album sounds like a winner already, getting some good reviews so early on. Let's hope we'll hear some official news soon.
